Trondheim, 29 June 2020 – Reference is made to the summons letter dated 15 June 2020 whereby the Bond Trustee at the request of OKEA ASA (the “Company”) called for bondholders’ meetings for each of the OKEA02 (with ISIN NO 0010826852) and OKEA03 (with ISIN NO 001869175).
The bondholders’ meetings were held today and the proposed resolutions were approved by a qualified majority in each of the bondholders’ meetings. As a consequence, the Bond Terms will be updated accordingly. For the sake of good order, the bondholders’ meetings summoned by a group of bondholders to be held on 2 July and 7 July respectively are therefore no longer relevant, and no further action in relation to these meetings will be accepted or taken by the Company.
